Sarda Seva Dal ("we", "our", or "us"), operating at https://saradasevadal.in and through the Sarda Seva Dal Android Mobile App (in.saradasevadal.app), is committed to protecting the privacy and security of patients, families, and caregiver applicants in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
1. Information We Collect
- Care Enquiries: Client name, phone number, email address, requested care service (Elderly Care, Newborn Baby Care, Physiotherapy, Pathology, etc.), and patient care requirements.
- Caregiver Job Applications: Applicant name, guardian name, date of birth, address, phone number, service stream, and verification documents (Photograph, Identity Proof 1 & 2, Police Verification) for background screening.
- Customer Feedback: Name, locality, service type, star rating, and review comments voluntarily submitted by clients.
2. Device Permissions & Mobile App Security
- Camera Permission (Optional): Requested at runtime only when a job applicant chooses to capture a photograph of their ID or qualification document on the job application form. Temporary camera cache files are automatically deleted upon closing the app.
- Zero Background Tracking: We do not access your GPS location, contacts, microphone, SMS, or call logs, and we do not sell or share personal data with third-party advertisers.
- Strict HTTPS Encryption: All data transmitted between the Sarda Seva Dal mobile app and
https://saradasevadal.inis encrypted using TLS/HTTPS with strict mixed-content blocking and cloud-backup exclusion (allowBackup="false").
